Thorsten Schorn to Replace Peter Urban as German Eurovision Commentator

Thorsten Schorn has been named the new German commentator for the Eurovision Song Contest, replacing the legendary Peter Urban. The 48-year-old radio and television host will make his debut at this year's competition in Malmö, Sweden.
Schorn, a native of Cologne, has a long and distinguished career in broadcasting. He has hosted various shows on German radio and television, including "Germany's Next Topmodel" and "Wetten, dass..?".
Schorn's appointment was announced by NDR, the German broadcaster responsible for the Eurovision Song Contest. NDR Director Jürgen Mast expressed his confidence in Schorn's abilities.
