Massive Post Fire Scorches Thousands of Acres in Gorman

Devastating inferno devastates 10,504 acres, threatens homes and communities

Firefighters battle towering flames, as residents flee to safety

A catastrophic brush fire, dubbed the "Post Fire," has ravaged 10,504 acres in the desolate Gorman area north of Los Angeles. As of this morning, the relentless inferno has consumed an astonishing 3,600 acres, threatening homes and communities in its path.

The blaze erupted with terrifying speed at approximately 145 pm Saturday, igniting near Ralphs Ranch and Gorman School. Propelled by relentless winds, the flames quickly spiraled out of control, engulfing the parched landscape.

Firefighters from multiple agencies have been tirelessly battling the towering flames, employing air tankers and ground crews to contain the inferno. However, the ferocity of the fire has made their task extremely challenging.

Authorities have ordered residents in the affected areas to evacuate, and emergency shelters have been established to provide refuge for those displaced by the blaze. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed, but the Post Fire has already become one of the most destructive wildfires in recent history.
